MADISON – WKCE proficiency scores released by the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) for the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) had higher scores on almost every measure than the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) low-income population, the traditional comparison to the MPCP.
